Strength and Conditioning (ppt)- Strength Training Program
-This project consists of a strength training program for a Division  I student-athlete with an emphasis on softball specific lifts.

Introduction to Coaching (doc)- Budget
-Coaching does not only consist of instruction and leadership, there are also administrative tasks that need to be completed.  A part of some of the administrative jobs that a coach must take care of is the completion of an annual budget.  This project has a complete outline of an annual budget for a college softball team. 

Motor Behavior (doc)- Lesson Plans
-Planning and instructing is a big part of coaching therefore it's necessary to know how to be organized when teaching a certain skill.  This project has samples of lesson plans that could be used in order to teach particular skills. 

Marketing and Promotions of ESHE (ppt)- Market a Product
-As a way to better understand how to market a product, we worked in groups to use SWOT Analysis to promote a given product; in this situation we used LeBron James and the product and found ways to get his name out. 

Public Relations (doc)- Brand Personality
-It's important to characterize your product so this assignment gave us as marketers and advertisers an opportunity to give our brand or product a personality.

-Gain experience using Front Page in order to develop a website while at the same time promoting interesting facts and/or hobbies about yourself.
